Chris has experience in both full-service and limited-service operations with most of the major brands. Ranging from the 4-Diamond High Peaks Resort in beautiful Lake Placid, NY to a Hampton Inn in coastal Virginia, his well-rounded experience makes him invaluable in assisting with our diverse portfolio of properties.

Chris works in the field to support our management and teams, offering training, direction, P&L review, QA improvement plans, and guest satisfaction improvements.
