As an approved operator of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels and others, we ensure that all of our properties lead the market in performance. Whether a full, select or limited service property, we aim to ensure that the hotel asset is maintained and operated at the highest standards to yield a high return to the owner.

We live to serve. Our business is a service business. And, we start with our team – we serve them first! We believe that when we create a team of individuals who feel valued and know that what they do makes a difference the overall property will excel. From the person just entering the world of hospitality to the seasoned veteran, we include all members of our team in the programming of the hotel operation. We believe in them and in turn they believe in themselves. As such, we enjoy lower turnover and a stronger work-family.

A "cornerstone" is the first stone that is set in a foundation. Ours is built on our Christian faith and personal integrity. In all circumstances, we believe we must "treat others as we would want to be treated" whether a guest, team member or development partner. We are selective in our projects and who we choose to work with, prioritizing alignment with our values in how to treat people and do business as well as a shared commitment to excellence. We believe in doing what's right, always, and that drives our decision-making.

Founders Kimberly Christner and Craig Larson began Cornerstone Hospitality in 2012 with a goal to create a different kind of management company. It's not all about the quantity of properties under management. It's about the quality of properties and of the people they choose to work with.
